About Us

CDA Redi Mix & Precast, Inc. is locally owned and operated out of our batch plant at Stateline. We are a division of Coeur d’Alene Paving, a regional leader in paving since 2001. Founders Todd Kaufman and Craig Cozad dreamed of owning a concrete plant for over a decade after identifying a need for high-performance Redi Mix in the local community. CDA Redi Mix began its inaugural year in 2016. In 2017, we acquired the license to manufacture and distribute Verti-Block in our region, and our journey into precast began. Our unparalleled growth in North Idaho and Eastern Washington is rooted in a commitment to rock-solid service.

Our approach is simple; to provide every customer the best Redi Mix concrete when they need it. We build close customer relationships that set us apart from competitors by listening to the needs, understanding challenges, and providing valuable solutions. Our concrete team can help analyze your project and offer an innovative mix design to fit your project to ensure maximum performance. Our mission is to provide you with the material to create a beautiful project and make the process enjoyable from start to finish while exceeding your expectations.
